Google Drive
Connect VisiSign to Google Drive to import documents directly from your Drive for electronic signature. When signing is complete, the signed PDF is automatically saved back to the same folder in Drive.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Import — Select a file from Google Drive using the file picker. VisiSign imports a PDF copy for signing (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are automatically converted to PDF).
- Sign — Add signers, place signature fields, and send for signature as normal.
- Save back — When all parties have signed, VisiSign saves the completed signed PDF back to the same Google Drive folder as the original file.
Connecting your Google account
Section titled “Connecting your Google account”- Go to Settings > Integrations in VisiSign
- Find the Google Drive card and click Connect Google Drive
- Sign in with your Google account and grant VisiSign access
- You’ll be redirected back to VisiSign with the connection confirmed
VisiSign requests access to files you select and the ability to create new files (for saving signed PDFs). VisiSign cannot see or access any files you don’t explicitly choose.
Importing a document from Drive
Section titled “Importing a document from Drive”- Go to Documents > New document

From here, add signers and signature fields as you would with any document.

[Original filename] - Signed.pdf
For example, if you imported Lease Agreement.pdf, the signed version will appear as Lease Agreement - Signed.pdf in the same folder.
